Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. 2. Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks. 3. Beat eggs with salt. 4. Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
