Mix together chicken, eggs, salt, crushed peppercorns, chilli powder, chaat masala, onion and spring onion greens in a bowl. Add milk and mix well. 2. Heat oil and butter in a non-stick tawa. Pour the prepared mixture on it and spread. Dip bread slices in the egg and set aside. Cook till the underside of the omelette is browned. . 3. Place bread slices in the centre of the omelette, flip and fold from the sides. Place the remaining bread slices on top, halve, flip and cook till the bread are toasted well. 4.
