Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Thighs) 500 g
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion paste 1 cup
Plum 5-6
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cream 3 tbsp
Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp

Directions:
1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, black pepper, white pepper, salt and marinate well. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
3. Now add marinated chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes or until changes color.
4. Now add onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now cover and cook until oil separates.
5. Add cashew nut paste, cream and mix well. Add plum and mix again. Add garam masala, cumin powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Your Patiala Chicken is ready. Serve with Naan and enjoy.
