Chicken Potato Rings
Ingredients for Potato Chicken Mixture:
Potatoes (boiled & grated) 4
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 500 g
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Red chili flakes 1 ½ tsp
All-purpose flour 2-3 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1/4 cup
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Hot Mustard Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 12 tbsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Batter:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared Potato Chicken Rings
Prepared batter
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Potato Chicken Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add potato, chicken, onion, green onion, green chilies, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, flour, bread crumbs, green coriander and mix well.
2. Take some mixture in the palm of your hands and make a ring shape. Set aside.
Directions for Hot Mustard Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce, mustard paste, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, ketchup and mix well. Your Hot Mustard Sauce is ready.
Directions for Batter Preparation:
4. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, egg, salt, water and mix well. Your batter is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Dip the prepared Potato Chicken Rings in the batter.
6. Deep fry them for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown over medium flame.
7. Your Potato Chicken Rings are ready. Serve with Hot Mustard Sauce and enjoy.
