This quick chicken pulao is made with brown onions, it needs very few ingredients to make. Ingredients quantityOil 2 tbspbay leaf 2 cumin 1 tsppeppercorn 1 tbspblack cardamom 2-3chicken legs curry cut 2salt to tasterice soaked 1 ½ Cupbrown onions 3 tbspwater as requiredMethod Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf ,peppercorn , cumin, blak cardamom and sauté for 30 secs or until fragrant.Add chicken, salt and mix well.add rice , brown onion, and mix well.add water as required and pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.after 3 whistles let pressure cooker rest and then transfer to a serving plategarnish with brown onions, and mint sprig.serve hot.
