For Cashew & Poppy Seeds Paste In a bowl, add poppy seeds and cashews.Transfer it to a grinder jar and make a smooth paste.Keep it aside for further use.For Chicken Rezala In a handi or kadai, add oil, ghee, once it's hot, add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, dry red chillies and let it splutter.Add butter, prepared onion paste and saute for a minute.Add curd, marinated chicken and mix it well. Cover it with the lid and cook it for a while or until the chicken is tender.Add saffron strands, kewra water, prepared cashew & poppy seeds paste and mix it well.
