Mix together turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, cream and salt in a bowl. 2. Add chicken, onion, red and green capsicum and mix well. Skewer alternatively onto satay sticks. 3. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the sticks on it and cook till fully done. 4. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
