CHICKEN SOUP! 3 Must-Try Soup For RAMADAN

Learn how to make chicken soup Turkish way! I am going to show you how we cook chicken soup from spicy to creamy and with noodles and veggies. All of them are easy to make and hearthy delicious with basic ingredients.

For Spicy Chicken Pacha Soup:
2-3 drumsticks or 1 chicken thigh with bones (I cut whole chicken, after keeping the breast and thighs used the leftovers for the soup)
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil to fry the chicken pieces (optional)
chicken broth from the boiled chicken
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 heaped tbsp pepper paste
1 heaped tbsp flour

pul biber (chili flakes), salt
about 1 tbsp dried mint

For the Chicken Thigh Vegetable Soup:
1 chicken thigh (boiled in 1 liter of water with 2 bay leaves and some pepper scorns (optional)
1 big carrot, slices
2-3 potatoes, peeled , roughly cut in cubes
1 onion, roughly cut
2 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour (if you don't want to use, just omit or add 1 more potatoes)
about 1/2 tsp each turmeric, curry (optional)
about 1 tsp or more salt
more water or chicken stock for the consistency
chopped parsley

Ingredients For Chicken Noodle Soup:
For chicken stock
2 chicken thighs or 3-4 drumsticks with bones (I cut whole chicken, after keeping the breast and thighs used the leftovers for the soup)
4-5 tbsp vegetable oil to fry
3-4 cups water
salt, pepper, bay leaves
For the soup base:
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 carrots
2-3 cloves of garlic (optional)
1 heaped + 1/2 tbsp flour
chicken stack from the chickens + more hot water if needed
about 1/2 cup +1 tbsp orzo or vermicelli pasta (I used mixed since I didn't have enough:)
salt, pepper, juice of a lemon
a handful of chopped parsley
