Place a cling wrap sheet on a worktop, place chicken breast on it. Slit in half without cutting through.2. Place another sheet of cling wrap and hammer it to flatten it and to form a thin steak. Transfer the chicken piece on a plate.3. Sprinkle salt and rub it on both sides. Add turmeric powder, Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder and rub well. Set aside.4. In a blender jar, add breadcrumbs, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and chopped coriander in a blender jar. Blend till well combined. Transfer onto a plate.5. Heat a non-stick pan, meanwhile, break in an egg on the chicken breasts and mix well. Coat with prepared breadcrumbs.6. Add oil in the hot pan, place the chicken on it and sear on both sides. Cook till the chicken is cooked completely and golden brown specks appear on it.7.
