CHICKEN STEWIngredients750 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes1 tbsp coconut oil1 inch cinnamon stick3-4 cloves2-3 black peppercorns8-10 curry leaves2-3 green chillies, slit1 large onion, thinly sliced1½ cups coconut milk Steamed rice to serveMethod1. Heat coconut oil in an earthen pot, add cinnamon stick, cloves, and black peppercorns, curry leaves and green chillies and mix well. Add onion and sauté till translucent. 2. Add chicken and sauté well. Add salt, mix well, cover and cook till chicken is ¾ cooked, sautéing occasionally.3. Add coconut milk and mix well. Cover and cook till the chicken is cooked completely. 4.
