A quick and easy way to make delicious and lip-smacking Chicken Sukka.CHICKEN SUKKAIngredients750 grams chicken on the bone, cut into 2 inch pieces2 medium onions, quartered6-8 garlic cloves1 inch ginger3 dry red chillies, stems removed and deseeded½ inch cinnamon stick3-4 cloves1 tbsp coriander seeds5-6 black peppercornsSalt to taste1 tsp garam masala powder½ tsp turmeric powder2 tbsps oil½ cup chopped fresh corianderLemon slice for garnishCoriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Add onion, garlic cloves, ginger, dry red chillies, cinnamon stick, cloves, coriander seeds, black peppercorns in a blender jar. Add little water and blend to a fine paste.2. Take chicken in a bowl, add the prepared paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-45 minutes.3. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the chicken and sauté for 5-6 minutes on high heat, stirring continuously.4. Add coriander, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes on high heat.5. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.6. Transfer chicken sukka in a serving bowl.7.
