Take chicken in a large bowl, add salt, ginger paste, garlic powder, egg white and red chilli paste. Add carom seeds, kasuri methi powder, hung yogurt and squeeze lemon and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.2. Take dried bread crumbs on a plate, coat each piece with the bread crumbs and set aside.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry each chicken piece till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 4. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
