Chicken Tikka Lasagna | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Spicy chicken tikka mixture layered between lasagna sheets and baked till perfection.

CHICKEN TIKKA LASAGNA

Ingredients

250 grams chicken tikka, chopped
8-10 lasagna sheets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 medium tomatoes, blanched and chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
½ tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 cup white sauce
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add salt, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken tikka, chilli flakes and ½ tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well.
3. Put some chicken tikka mixture in a glass baking dish. Pour some white sauce and place 2 lasagna sheets. Repeat the layers till all the ingredients are used.
4. Spread some mozzarella cheese on top. Put the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Cut into 4 equal pieces and serve hot.
