CHICKEN WONTON SOUP - (Serves - 4)Ingredients200 grams chicken mince8 wonton sheets 4-5 cups chicken stockBlack pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves½ teaspoon chicken stock cube powder½ tablespoon fresh garlic paste1 teaspoon soy sauce½ tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon chopped spring onion greens1 inch celery, cut into pieces 8-10 fresh spinach leaves Method1. Mix together chicken mince, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, chicken stock cube powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce and spring onion greens in a bowl. 2. Apply some water onto wonton sheets, place a portion of chicken mixture in the centre and shape into wontons. 3. Heat a deep non-stick pan. Add stock, celery and salt and simmer. Add prepared wontons and stir lightly. 4. Add spinach leaves, mix well and simmer till the wontons are cooked and the leaves wilt. 5. Serve hot.
