Directions for chili chicken gravy preparation1- In a pan add oil, garlic, and ginger and saute for a minute. 2- Now add green chili, fry for a minute, and add fried chicken. 3- Mix it well and add capsicum, onion and mix it well. 4- Now add chicken stock, chili sauce, dark soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and cook for 2-3 mins. 5- Now add black pepper and cook well. 6- Add slurry and cook for 4-5 mins or until thickens. 7- Garnish it with green onion. Directions for vegetable fried rice1- In a pan add oil, saute for a minute, and add carrot, and capsicum, and stirfry for a minute. 2- Now add boiled rice and give it a good mix. 3- Add salt and black pepper, and mix it well. 4- Add green onion and toss rice well. 5- Vegetable fried rice is ready to serve.
