Ingredients:

450g cucumber, peeled, sliced and salted
2 cups thick yoghurt
2 cups cold water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable stock
6-7 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
Salt to taste
