Sabudana vada mixture stuffed with chilli cheese mixture and deep fried.CHILLI CHEESE SABUDANA VADAIngredients1 cup sago (sabudana), soaked for 2-3 hours and drained1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2 tablespoons grated cottage cheese (paneer)3-4 tablespoons grated processed cheese2 tablespoons crushed roasted peanuts1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste½ teaspoon sugar1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon boiled and mashed raw bananas¼ medium green capsicum, finely chopped1 tablespoon Jain Schezwan sauceOil for greasing and deep-fryingGreen chutney for servingTomato ketchup for servingMethod 1. Mix together sago, peanuts, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice and raw bananas in a bowl. 2. Mix together green chillies, capsicum, cottage cheese, processed cheese, Schezwan sauce and salt in another bowl. 3. Divide the chilli cheese mixture into equal portions and shape into small balls. 4. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the sago mixture into equal portions. Place a chilli cheese ball in the centre of each portion, bring the edges together and shape in a vada. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the vadas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 6.
