Cauliflower -1/2 portion
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Kashmiri chilli powder 1
Chilli powder -1
Cornflower- 2 tsp
Maida - 2tsp
Chilli sause- 2tsp
Soya sause-1tsp
Tomato sause-1 tsp
Capsicum
Onion
Oil
Boil the cauliflower for 2 min add to the boiled cauliflower salt, kashmiri chilli powder chilli powder, tumeric cornflower powder maida and toss well and mix then fry the marinated cauliflower in oil.
Then in the same pan add some more oil and add ginger garlic paste and add onioncutted and capsicum cutter and add the sauses and then add cornflower mixed in water to the pan and then half cup of water and when it turns to a thick add the cauliflower and allow it to cook and serve hot with noodles or chapathi
