Place thumb against the stem of mushroom and gently push toward index finger. The stem should pop out and remove it.2. Take a kadai on medium flame. Add water, salt, mushroom and boil until mushroom becomes soft. 3. Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame. Add asafetida, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, slit green chili and saut for a minute 4. Now add cube onion, cube capsicum and saut for a minute.5. Now add green chili sauce, red chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, black salt, chaat masala, salt, red chili powder, boiled mushroom and mix well. 6. Add spring onion and mix again.7. Take out in a serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
