Be it a student living away from home or a any busy person, this simple and tasty recipe is something for everyone!CHILLI OIL INSTANT NOODLESIngredients320 grams instant noodles6-8 garlic cloves4-5 spring onions1 tsps red chilli flakes2 tsps toasted white sesame seeds + for sprinkling cup oilMethod1. Bring sufficient water to a boil in a deep pan. 2. Add the instant noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes.3. Thinly slice the garlic cloves. Similarly, thinly slice the spring onions. Transfer the spring onion bulbs along with some of the greens and sliced garlic into a large bowl. Add the instant spice mix, red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds.4. Drain the noodles.5. Heat oil in a small pan. Pour this into the garlic mixture and mix well. Add the noodles into it and toss well. 6.
