250 gms Paneer cut into cubes
Oil for frying

For Batter:
3 tbsp Cornflour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp Soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Grated ginger
2 tsp Garlic chopped
2 tsp chopped Spring Onions (Whites & Green Seperate)
2-3 Green chillies cut into long pieces
1/4 cup Capsicum sliced
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Chilli sauce
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp of water
Salt to taste
