Preheat oven to 180˚ C.2. Place chicken breasts on a plate. Add salt and pepper powder and rub. Add red chillies and garlic and rub again. Add pineapple juice, rub well and set aside to marinate for 5 minutes. 3. Heat butter in a non-stick grill pan. Place the grilled chicken breasts reserving the marinade and sear from both sides till golden brown. Place on a baking tray. 4. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven.5. Heat the reserved marinade in the same non-stick pan. Add the mixed vegetables and grill till golden brown. 6.
