Mike and I wanted to take you on a little journey to one of our favorite places in the world, Chinatown, where produce is magically a hell of a lot cheaper than any place else in the world. First stop we eat some glorious roasted and steamed Pork Buns, Sun Sai Gai, 220 Canal Street, so cheap and crazy glorious. After that we swing on over to Great N.Y Noodletown, 28 Bowery Street, for some roasted crispy suckling pork and spare ribs. Then we head over to Xi'an Famous Foods on 67 Bayard street to sample their incredibly mouthgasmic lamb curry noodles and tiger salad. After that it was time for the famous soup dumplings at Joe's Ginger on 25 Pell Street. Oh man those crispy scallion pancakes and the crab and pork soup dumplings blew me freaking head off.
