Ingredients
• Noodles- 250gms
• Cabbage-100gms
• Carrot-50gms
• Capsicum-30gms
• Onion-30gms
• Spring Onion-1/2
• Sprouts-20gms
• Pepper Powder-1/2Tsp
• Salt-To Taste

• Vinegar-5ml

• Schezwan Sauce-2Tbsp
• Tomato Sauce- 2Tbsp



Recipe
1. Boil the noodles, allow it to cool and then deep fry the noodles to a crispy texture.
2. In a mixing bowl add the fried noodles, shredded cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, spring onion and sprouts
3. Add pepper powder, salt, vinegar, Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce.
4. Give all the ingredients a light toss and then its ready to be served.
