CHINESE FRENCH FRIESIngredients1½ cups French fries 1 tbsp oil4 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped6-7 mushrooms, sliced1 small carrot, cut into thick strips8-10 broccoli small floretsSalt to taste1½ tbsps red chilli sauce2 tsps soy sauce2-3 spring onion greens, chopped1 tbsp burnt garlic + garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add mushrooms, toss well and cook for 1 minute.2. Add carrot, broccoli, toss well and add salt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and French fries, toss well. Add spring onion greens and burnt garlic, toss well.
