Sliced cashews: ¼ cup
Raisins or kishmish: 2tbsp
Peanuts or moongphali: ½ cup
Sliced green chilly: 2-3
Curry leaves: 8-10
Asafoetida or hing: large pinch
Turmeric or haldi powder: ¼ tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
