Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Place the bananas in a medium bowl. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the bananas until they’re almost smooth.Add the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla to the bananas and mix until combined.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add half of the chocolate chips and stir them in.Carefully pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips evenly over the top of the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is fragrant and set through the center. Cool completely.
