To prepare chocolate chilli ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chillies, mix and bring to boil. 2. Put hot cream in a bowl. Add chocolate and mix till chocolate melts. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set. 3. Spread some colourful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut on individual plates. 4. Divide the chocolate chilli ganache into equal portions. 5.
