Chocolate Chilli Truffles | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Chocolate and chilli: once a unique pairing but is now used numerously, due to its decadent flavor. Chocolate Chilli Truffles are a rich and tasty dessert!

CHOCOLATE CHILLI TRUFFLES

Ingredients

2 cups chopped white chocolate
2 red chillies, finely chopped
1 cup fresh cream
Colourful sprinklers for coating
Crushed pistachios for coating
Desiccated coconut for coating

Method

1. To prepare chocolate chilli ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chillies, mix and bring to boil.
2. Put hot cream in a bowl. Add chocolate and mix till chocolate melts. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set.
3. Spread some colourful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut on individual plates.
4. Divide the chocolate chilli ganache into equal portions.
5. Coat few portions in colorful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut and shape into balls.
6. Serve.
