Chocolate Coconut Crispy Bites Nut Free Snacks

These tasty little bites make a brilliant afternoon snacks for kids and adults too. They're also nut free so perfect to send to school or nursery as part of a packed lunch or snack box.

Make up a single or double batch and keep them in the fridge for instant snacks all week!

INGREDIENTS:

100g / 1 cup rolled oats
50g / 2 cups Rice Krispies
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
