CHOCOLATE DRY FRUIT TRUFFLEIngredients 1 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate 1 cup dried figs cup milk tsp cocoa powder + for coating cup toasted almonds cup toasted walnuts1 cup seedless dates cup toasted white sesame seeds Method1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add cocoa powder and mix well and cook till the milk is heated through. 2. Put dark chocolate in a bowl, add hot milk and mix well. 3. Grind together almonds, walnuts, dates, dried figs and chocolate mixture to a smooth paste. Transfer this into another bowl, add sesame seeds and mix well. 4. Spread cocoa powder on a plate. 5. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions, shape them into balls and coat them in cocoa powder. Set aside to cool. 6. Arrange the truffles on a serving plate and serve immediately.
