To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan till lukewarm. Add to the chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts and is smooth. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.2. Add some hot water to coffee powder and mix well to make a decoction. 3. Blend together chilled chocolate ganache, ice cream, milk and coffee decoction to a smooth mixture. 4.
