Chocolate Gol Gappa Shots | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Chocolate Gol Gappa Shots are an extremely unique dish. A fusion of two opposite ends, this dish literally combines your starter and dessert into one innovative, off beat yet delicious dish.

CHOCOLATE GOLGAPPA SHOTS

Ingredients

2 cups melted chocolate
12-16 puris
Colourful chocolate vermicelli for sprinkling
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons coffee decoction
1 cup milk
5-6 motichoor laddoos
Sliced pistachios for garnishing

Method

1. Poke puris from top to make a dent and dip the bottom in the melted chocolate. Place it upside down on a plate and sprinkle some colourful vermicelli. Refrigerate till set.
2. Blend together ice cream, coffee decoction and milk till smooth.
3. Pour the prepared mixture into individual shot glasses and place chocolate puris on top. Stuff each with some crushed motichoor laddoo.
4. Garnish with pistachio slices and serve.
