Add the puffed lotus seeds and roast on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till crisp. Transfer in a large plate. 2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Add chocolate and melt on low heat. Add the roasted makhana and mix well. 3. Add pistachio powder and mix well. Transfer in a plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. 4.
