Ingredients:- 300 gms Khoya- 100 gms Sugar- 2 tbsp Cocoa PowderMethod:1. Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan and add khoya & sugar to it2. Mix it well for around 15-20 minutes, till the sugar melts and mixes completely with khoya3. Now, add cocoa powder to the pan and mix it till they all come together 4. Turn off the flame and take it out in a plate 5. Let the mixture cool down completely, which will take around 3-4 hours 6. Now, take a modak mould and add the chocolate khoya mixture in that 7.
