Learn to make delicious Chocolate flavoured Naankhatai in Punjabi.CHOCOLATE NAAN KHATAIIngredients1 tbsp cocoa powder1 cup refined flour½ cup gram flour (besan)½ tsp baking powder¼ tsp baking soda¼ tsp coffee powder2 tbsps almond meal1 cup powdered sugarA pinch of salt½ cup gheeChocolate syrup to drizzleMethod1. Preheat the oven to 160˚C.2. Sift refined flour in a bowl. Sift together and add gram flour, baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, cocoa powder and almond meal. Add powdered sugar, salt and mix well.3. Add ghee in mixture and mix well to form medium soft dough. 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each portions into balls and slightly flatten them. Transfer on the tray. Make small dent in centre of cookies. 5. Transfer the tray in a preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool down.6. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a serving platter. Transfer the cookies.7.
