Chocolate Orange Mousse IngredientsFor Chocolate Orange Mousse24 digestive biscuit1/4 cup melted butter1 cup fresh cream2 cups roughly chopped dark chocolate4 tsp orange rind3/4 cup beaten whipped creamFor The Garnishorange rindmint leavesMethodFor chocolate orange mousseTo make chocolate orange mousse, in a mixer put digestive biscuits and blend to a smooth powder.Transfer into a bowl, add melted butter and mix well with a spoon.Put half the biscuit-butter mixture into 2 glasses and press it well. Keep aside.In a broad non-stick pan, add fresh cream and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.Switch off the flame, add the chocolate and mix very well till it is melted.Transfer to a bowl, cool slightly and add the orange zest.Add the beaten whipped cream and fold gently.Pour equal quantities into the prepared biscuit-butter mixture glass and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.Serve the chocolate orange mousse chilled garnished with orange rind and mint leaves.
