These semolina chocolate cookies get extra richness and flavor, yet are now healthier than their other counterparts!CHOCOLATE SEMOLINA COOKIESIngredients½ cup dark chocolate chips 100 grams semolina (suji/rawa)100 grams butter50 grams castor sugar100 grams refined flour (maida)1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon green cardamom powder¼ cup milkIcing sugar for dustingMethod1. Preheat oven to 180̊ C.2. Whisk butter in a bowl using an electric beater till smooth. Add castor sugar gradually and whisk well till light. 3. Sift together flour, baking powder and cardamom powder. Add dark chocolate chips, semolina and milk and fold well to form a stiff dough 4. Put spoonful of the dough on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
