Chocolate Soil | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This freshly made chocolate mixture resembles soil due to its crumbly texture. Goes well with an ice cream of your choice.

CHOCOLATE SOIL

Ingredients

120 grams cocoa powder
220 grams castor sugar
A pinch salt
80 grams butter, melted
Orange segments for serving
Kiwi wedges for serving
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Process cocoa powder, sugar and salt together. Add butter, little by little, and continue processing till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Serve with ice cream of your choice, orange segments and kiwi wedges, garnished with mint sprigs.
