Ingredients:
For Boiling Chana
Chickpea (Kabuli Chana) - 250 grams (Soaked overnight)
Water - 1 cup
Salt as per taste

Chole masala powder
Coriander seeds - 1/4 cup
Cumin - 1 tbsp

Chole :
Boiled Chana (Kabuli chana) - Add half mashed
Chole masala (Grinded coriander seeds + cumin seeds)
Green chillies - 5-6 (Less if spicy)
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Aamchur powder - 1/4 tsp
water if required as per consistency (1/4 cup max)

For Bhature:
Maida - 3 cups
Curd - 1 & 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
Ghee/oil - 1 tbsp (while making dough)
Oil for frying
