CHOWMEIN SAMOSA Ingredients8-10 spring roll sheets 1 cup readymade Hakka Noodles 2 tbsps corn starch slurry + for sealing1 tsp oil 7-8 garlic cloves, sliced1tsp ginger, chopped2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced2 tbsp schezwan sauce1 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tsp soya sauceSalt to taste1 tbsps chopped spring onion greens + for garnish Toasted white sesame seeds for garnishMethod 1. Fill the noodles in the spring roll wrappers and shape into triangles. Use a refined flour slurry to seal the edges and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, ginger, spring onion bulbs, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Add ½ cup water, salt and cornflour slurry and mix well.3.
