Restaurant Style Tandoori/Barbeque recipe that is so easy to cook now everyone can do it at home.

Chutney Chicken Tikka

This is an easy recipe for chicken kebab recipe, that you can barbecue anytime. A perfect recipe for your parties and barbecue sessions.

Ingredients quantity

Chicken breast 2 nos
Lemon juice ¼ nos
Salt ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
Carom seeds ¼ tsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Balck salt ¼ tsp
Kasuri methi- ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Green chutney 3 tbsp
Yougurt 2 tbsp
Mustard oil- 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder sprinkle
Julienned vegetables for salad.


Method
Take the chicken breasts and cut them in a slant.

First marinade

In a bowl take chicken breasts add lemon juice, salt ginger garlic paste, black pepper and mix well. Keep the marinade aside for 20 -30 mins

Second marinade

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan, add cram seeds, gram flour, turmeric and sauté well for 1-2 mins and let it cool.
Take the marinteded chicken add black salt, kasur methi, garam masala , green chutney, gramflour mixture, yougurt and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp of mustard oil and keep aside, and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Pre heat the over at 240* C for 10 mins.
Skewer the chicken breasts and keep aside
Grease the baking tray with oil and place the skewered chicken. Add oil and some part of marinade over the chicken and place the chicken in the oven for 3-4 mins.
Remove the chicken from the oven and flip it over, add some more marinade and oil and place it in the oven for further 3-4 mins.
Meanwhile take julienned cabbage, tomato, onion in bowl, add red chilli powder, lemon, chaat masala and mix well.
Remove the chicken from the oven, transfer on to a serving plate, serve with salad, lemon wedge, onion slices, bell pepper juliennes.
