The delicious combination of gunpowder and ghee in this dosa will keep you going back for more. CHUTNEY DOSAIngredients2 cups dosa batter½ cup green coconut chutney Salt to tasteOil as required 3 tablespoons melted ghee + for drizzling1 tablespoon gun powder + for sprinklingChopped fresh coriander leaves as requiredMethod1. Take dosa in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. 2. Heat a non-stick tawa. 3. To prepare one dosa, dip onion in some oil and rub on hot tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter, spread to make thin disc and cook till half done from downside. Drizzle some ghee and sprinkle some gun powder. 4. Spread some chutney, sprinkle some coriander leaves, cook till golden brown from downside and fold. 5. Mix together 3 tablespoons ghee and 1 tablespoon gun powder in a bowl.6.
