Ingredients:

For Pulao Rice
Oil () 4 tbsp
Black cardamom ( ) 2nos
Cumin () 1 tsp
Garlic, chopped () 2tsp
Bayleaf ( ) 1no
Onion chopped () cup
Kasoori methi ( ) 1 tbsp
Salt () to taste
Water () 1 cups
Basmati rice ( ) 1 cup

For Chutney
Coriander leaves () 2 cups
Mint leaves () cup
Green Chilli ( ) 2 nos
Ginger, roughly chopped () 2 tbsp
Salt () to taste
Black salt ( ) 1 tsp
Lemon juice ( ) 4 tbsp
Tomato () no
Onion () no
Roasted Cumin ( ) 2 tsp
Garlic cloves () 5-6no
Crushed ice ( ) 5 cubes
Iced water ( ) a dash

For Tempering
Butter () 2 tbsp
Heeng () tsp
