Serve it with potato chips, tangy sauce and you are on a ride to a heavenly bliss.CLUB SANDWICH Ingredients 3 bread slices6-8 bacon strips1 tablespoon oil +1 tablespoon1 chicken breast, cut into strips2 eggsSalt to tasteA pinch of crushed black pepper + ½ teaspoon 1 teaspoon mustard sauce2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise2-3 lettuce leaves1 medium tomato, sliced4-5 cheese slicesFrench fries for servingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Heat bacon strips on a non-stick pan from both sides till it becomes crisp and shrinks. Transfer to a bowl.2. Heat oil in another non-stick pan and add chicken, cook on both sides till done. Transfer to a bowl.3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and break the eggs in it. Add salt and pepper. Flip and cook from both sides till done. Transfer to a plate.4. Apply butter on the bread slices and toast them from both sides on a non-stick pan till crisp and golden. 5. Add salt, black pepper and mustard sauce to the chicken. Mix well, set aside. 6. Apply mayonnaise on a toasted bread slice, tear a lettuce leaf and place on top, add bacon over it, place some tomato slices and cover with cheese. Add another bread slice over it and apply mayonnaise on it, place the prepared egg on the bread, top with some chicken, add another cheese slice. Apply mayonnaise on another toasted bread slice, turn it over and cover the sandwich.7. Secure the club sandwich with skewers and cut into half.8.
