Add coconut powder and mix really well. Then to the pan add cashews and stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Keep the flame medium-low.3. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes and transfer the roasted mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly using a rubber spatula. Smooth out the mixture nicely.
