Slicing off husks by hand in Koh Samui Thailand. The tropical island of Koh Samui grows thousands of coconut palms and provides other parts of Thailand with drinking coconuts and other coconut products harvested there. Each day thousands of coconuts are delivered to this makeshift processing factory where they have the husk removed by hand.
