Layer on chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and top of ciabatta loaf.Slice assembled sandwich in half, serve, and enjoy! CRUNCHY CUCUMBER & FETA SANDWICH2 slices sourdough bread2 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus avocado, mashed English cucumber, thinly sliced2 oz feta cheese, sliced cup microgreens ITALIAN ANTIPASTO SANDWICH cup green olives, pitted cup roasted red peppers cup pepperoncini or hot banana peppers2 Tbsp capers1 shallot1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp red wine vinegar1 Italian loaf, halved cup spinach 4 oz hot genoa salami, thinly sliced4 oz capicola, thinly sliced4 oz mortadella, thinly sliced4 oz sliced provolone cheeseAdd all tapenade/spread ingredients into food processor.
