[email protected] RECIPES: Basting SprayMix ¾ cup apple cider, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and ¼ cup chicken stock in a spray bottle for basting. Sweet Potato CasseroleINGREDIENTS: 3-4 Sweet potatoes- Peeled and diced3 tbsp butter½ cup cream1-2 tbsp maple syrupMarshmallowsBoil your potatoes until tender. About 20-30 minutes. Strain your potatoes and mash. Mix in your butter, cream and maple syrup. Spread your sweet potato mixture into a baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake in your oven at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until your marshmallows are toasty. Pumpkin Pie CheesecakeINGREDIENTS: 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers2 tbsp melted butter 1 package cream cheese1 can pumpkin filling¼ cup sour cream3 tbsp maple syrup3 eggsMix your graham crackers and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press your graham cracker mixture to the bottom of your spring form pan so it creates a crust. Mix your remaining ingredients in a bowl, adjusting as needed until it is at your desired consistency. Pour your filling into the spring form pan, over your crust. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes – 1 hour. Spinach MuffinINGREDIENTS: 1 box of cornbread mix1 cup canned spinach- drained1 egg½ cup milk1 cup cheddar cheeseWhisk all ingredients together.Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour your batter into a grease muffin pan.Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. GravyINGREDIENTS:2 tbsp butter2 tbsp all-purpose flour½ a cup of stockIn a pan, melt your butter over medium heat. Add in your flour and whisk together. Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add in your stock and whisk together until smooth. Allow to heat through. Mixture will thicken as it heats.Cranberry RelishINGREDIENTS: 2 cups raspberries1 orange1 apple- sliced½ cup of sugarApple ciderIn a food processor, add your raspberries, apple, ½ of your orange quartered (skin and all), and squeeze in the juice of the other half of your orange. Add your sugar a splash of apple cider and a small pinch of salt. Blend. That’s it. Done. Slather 3 tbsp of butter all over your turkey.On the inside of your turkey cover with layers of sage, rosemary and parsley.Roll your turkey meat tightly and secure with your cooking twine. Once rolled and secured, season with salt and pepper all around. Spray with your basting spray and place in a greased and heated pan So it can develop color and slightly cook.transfer your turkey to a 375 degree oven and let it cook for an extra 20-30 minutes or until cooked through. StuffingINGREDIENTS: Stale bread1 cup celery- chopped1 cup mushrooms- sliced2-3 sausage links- casing removed1 pepper- diced½ cup of chicken stockBasting sprayTear/ cube your stale bread and place in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until crunchy. Set aside. Crumble you sausage and allow it to cook down in a lightly greased pan. Add in your veggies with your sausage. Allow them to soften.
