Recipe:
1 red onion minced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
cup of cut celery
1 cup of cooked Mung Beans
1 cup of firm tofu
cup of crushed nuts (walnuts, cashews)
1 cup of quick cook oats
4 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary)
4 tbsp of soy sauce
cup of vegetable stick
Salt and pepper

Mushroom Sauce
red onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup of vegetable stock
cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of flour
Salt and pepper

Vegetables
1 whole potato
A large bunch of kale
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
