Think of all that your favourite chaat-wallah would put into a Bhel Puri , ranging from onions, raw mango and tomatoes to peppy spice powders, chutneys and of course, sev. Toss them all together with cooked sweet corn and voila, you have an adventurous snack that will tickle your taste buds!Preparation Time: 15 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Serves 4. 2 cups cooked sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)½ cup chopped onions1/4 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes¼ cup pomegranate (anar)2 tbsp green chutney¼ cup sweet chutney1 tsp chaat masala1½ tsp lemon juice1 tsp chilli powder2 tbsp finely chopped raw mango1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)½ cup coarsely crushed papadisSalt to tasteFor the garnish¼ cup sev1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.2. Serve immediately garnished with sev.
